Frequently Asked Questions

The programs are designed to improve aerobic and anaerobic endurance, develop strength and lean muscle mass, and enhance overall physical capacity for motocross performance.

This leads to improved riding endurance, reduced fatigue and arm pump, better control on the bike, and improved resilience against both overuse and impact-related injuries.

It’s a simple and structured process:

➡️ You apply and select the program that fits your goals, followed by payment.

➡️ You will then complete the onboarding form, providing all relevant information about your training background, injury history, and performance goals.

➡️ Based on your information, we design your individualized training or rehabilitation program.

➡️ Within 1–3 days, you will receive your program and gain access to the training app.

➡️ If you choose the Elite Rehab program, additional medical information such as a physician’s report or discharge letter may be required to ensure safe and appropriate programming.

From beginners to professional riders, all programs are fully individualized based on your current fitness level, riding ability, and performance goals.

We meet you where you are and build a structured pathway to improve performance, injury resilience, and consistency on the bike. Strength training and muscle development are a key component of motocross performance, as they help improve force production, control on the bike, and reduce the risk of injury.

Whether you ride motocross, enduro, cross-country, supercross, endurocross, or supermoto — the programs are adapted to your specific discipline.

While the fundamental performance principles remain the same, training variables are adjusted to match the physical and technical demands of your sport, ensuring optimal performance outcomes.

Early-stage rehabilitation may be introduced when appropriate, depending on injury severity, symptoms, and medical clearance, and can play an important role in optimizing recovery and return-to-race preparation.

Important: The coaching provided by SMX Performance does not replace medical diagnosis, medical advice, or in-person treatment. Athletes are responsible for obtaining appropriate medical clearance where required. Participation is at the athlete’s own risk.

You don’t need a fully equipped gym. Your program will be tailored to your available setup and can be effectively implemented with basic gym access or home equipment.

While not essential, a heart rate monitor and access to a bicycle (MTB or road bike) are recommended to support training monitoring and aerobic conditioning.
